*Radiance is closed at 6, so if your appointment begins after that time know that the door will be locked. Ring the bell and your therapist will be with you momentarily. This is also the case if Radiance is closed for a holiday, but therapy sessions are still planned.

​Cancelling a Session
Life happens, I understand that. If you are unable to make a scheduled massage you have a couple of options. You can sign in with your name and phone number to the booking link and cancel from there, or you can reach out to me either by email at dandelionhealingmassage@gmail.com or by texting/calling (360) 230-1864.
Cancellation Policy For Dandelion Healing
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule in that time. If you are unable to give me 24 hours advance notice you will be charged a $40 cancellation fee. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
In the event of an emergency or sudden illness the cancellation fee may be waived.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged $40 for their missed appointment.
