$5 discount on any cash/venmo/paypal payments
These prices reflect full bodywork time, plus 15 min for intake with the therapist and optional goal setting or self care guidance. These prices also include a range of services offered, to better fit you and your body's needs.
30 min appointments (45 min) $55

90 min appointments (105 min) $125 (WILL UPDATE TO $140 in June 2026)

Out-of-Network Insurance Reimbursement and HSA and FSA cards:
I am not in network with any health insurance providers, but if your health insurance reimburses you for out-of-network providers, I will provide you with a detailed receipt (called a Super Bill) that you can submit to your insurance company. Please check with your insurance company before scheduling, to see if massage is offered out-of-network, and what the reimbursement rate is. I will also need an up to date doctor's prescription with massage diagnostic codes (ICD-10 codes) prior to our first session. HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Accounts) are set aside Pre-tax dollars for qualified medical services, which includes massage therapy. Before moving forward with using HSA or FSA cards you will need a prescription or letter of medical necessity from a doctor. I can provide a SuperBill, a detailed receipt, and copies of your soap notes if you need to submit a reimbursement request.
Sliding Scale:
I offer sliding scale appointments that are supported by any additional tips and by my price increases in June. Sliding scale Payment range: For 60 min sessions this runs from $60 to $100, and for 90 min is $70 to $130. In my attempt to redistribute some of the generational wealth I have inherited, I will reserve these spots for BIPOC, queer, trans, chronically ill and disabled community members who have been historically and systematically denied. If that description fits you, go ahead and book the session and please enter SLIDING SCALE into the comments section when you finish the short booking form. I can take between 4 to 5 sessions a month for sliding scale. If full for the month, I will contact you to reschedule.
